 REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON DEFECTED PCS

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at arnoraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • You must provide clear proof of the damage, such as photos of the item and its packaging.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sell able condition, unless the damage was noticed upon opening the package.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the damage.
  • Our team will assess your request and inform you if the item qualifies for an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
  • In some cases, we may issue a return shipping label for the damaged item.
  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer  store credit as an alternative.

Exclusions

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “as-is” at the time of purchase.

Important Note

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • The original security seal must not be broken or tampered with.
